Fuel Lifting Card  

·Convenience, safety, reliability

SSPC uses uniformed Electronic Fuel Lifting Card as certificate for I&W customers to lift oil products from terminals.  After making the payment and getting the certificate issued, the customer can use the card (need to enter the password) to lift the oil product at the terminal. Compared to traditional paper certificate,, Electronic Fuel Card not only improves the verification efficiency at the terminal, but also enhances the safety and reliability of the customer in oil lifting.

·Categorization

The Electronic Fuel Lifting Card adopted by SSPC is IC card, which is classified into one-time card and membership cards. The membership card is used by the customer on rolling basis, while the one-time card is taken back by the terminal once the customer lifts his oil product from the terminal.

·Membership Card

The long-term customers of SSPC can apply for membership card on one-customer-one-card and one-customer-multiple-card basis as needed. The I&W customers shall provide copies of Business License, Identity Code of National Organizations and Institutions and Tax registration Certificate, whilst the government and other organizational customers shall provide copies of Identity Code of National Organizations and Institutions, and the individual customer shall provide copies of Identity Card for application for membership card at our commercial customer offices or sales office throughout the province. The membership card will be issued or renewed after verification by our Commercial Customer Center,

·Loss reporting and replacement of the card

In the event that the Electronic Fuel Lifting Card is damaged, lost or stolen, the customer shall report to our local Commercial Customer Dept. or sales office and go through card replacement procedures in writing in timely manner. Such reporting goes into effect 24 hours after confirmation by the sales office, and any loss arising during this period shall be borne by the customer. In case the customer forgets or wants to change the password, it can be done at our local business office.

·Custody and maintenance

The use of the Electronic Fuel Lifting Card is limited to be used by the legitimate card holder, who shall excise due prudence in the custody and use of the card and password. The losses and consequence arising from lending, password release and transfer shall be borne by the customer. The card shall be kept clean and free of water or oily stain.

·Disclaimers

In no event shall SSPC be liable for failure of the oil lifting system and consequential invalidation of the Fuel Lifting Card as a result of force majeure such as fire, flood, earthquake and war. SSPC shall be entitled to apply for legal protection with regard to fraudulent reporting or use of fraudulent cards, or  fraudulent oil lifting.
